i talk to the fish store and they said it takes 20 to 28 days for each cycle...you'll notice that the females get large and plump...so that means they have only a few days to give birth good luck cooper IP: Logged |

I also bought gupies this last week and my mom is pregant. I was told that thay are VERY fertal (one pet store said she can have babies again even if you do not put her back with a male- THIS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD). CONGRATS ON YOUR BABIES--I CAN NOT WAIT. I have also been told it takes about 30 days to have the babies. My mommy looks like she has 100 eggs in her belly, I really don't know how many but it looks like a lot. THEY ARE BLACK AND LOOK LIKE TUNS OF MINI PEAS IN HER TUMMY?? IS THIS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE?? Please if you get more info let me know as well. GOOD LUCK!! IP: Logged |
