I got a 12 gallon fish tank for x-mas this year, and so far it's doing great. It's only got about 1 more week until it's done cycling, and I've got two gouramis (one dwarf, one flame) in there right now. I plan on getting 2 corys and 1 or 2 ottos in about a week to help keep my tank clean. The real question is, would it be alright to get a small school of neon tetras (3-5) for the tank, or would that many fish in such a small tank be a bad idea? IP: Logged |

Sounds good to me. : ) The "rule" is one inch of fish per gallon of water. I adore gouramis and cories. have fun!! IP: Logged |
