one pound lean beef ( not ground beef)
8 ounces of frozen shrimp
2 eggs (raw)
5 ounces or half box of frozen spinach
2 teaspoons brewers yeast
3 crushed multi vitamin

use a food processor to grind it all together, put some in plastic freezer bags
smash it flat and freeze it. then you will be able to break off only what you need. be sure not to over feed because this stuff can get nasty if leftovers are allowed to gather at the bottom of the tank. Let me know what your fish like it, Mine do! Both salt water and fresh water.
