I HAVE A PACU 1 FT LONG I WAS TOLD ITS A RED BELLY HE DOESNT HAVE ANY RED UNDERNEATH ON HIS BELLY. IS THIS NORMAL IS IT A BLACK PACU??

Red belly Pacu only retain a red hue for a while. Once they are full grown they become black with silvery speckles!

my red bellied pacu will not grow it has stayed at 3 inches and keeps its red belly
