Eh, don't worry about what he says, i've read his other response, f###-ups like him make humanity look bad. I personally don't know much about dogfish, but i'm sure you could find info on the internet. Or at the store where you bought the fish, or a book.

There are a variety of dogfish with varying sizes and appetites. Did you have a specific variety in mind?
