Yes, her collar matches her blue eye. I took her to the store the first day we had her to get her a collar that looked more attractive on her than the one she was wearing. I do that sort of thing.

No, we have not decided to keep her. I am still waffling back and forth, but we will at least keep her until she finds a good home.
