I woke up this morning too Freebie covered in mud, laying on my bed, tail wagging away with a look like: Good morning Mom! glad you're up....Arrrrg!!!! This is the down side of having a doggie door! I have to admit, he looked really cute! but before I was able to have my morning coffee, I had to bathe him and change my bedding. "THIS MAKES A VERY GROUCHY MOM" This boy of mine is always up to some kind misschief...That's why God made him so cute! so Mamma wouldn't kill him! kidding of coarse.....

LOL - arent they sweet! We have a doggie door - but I keep it closed at night the the dogs and cat are in the house. lately Midas my cat has decided in howling jestures he wants out at night So i started leaving the door open at night. then a awoke one night to 2 raccons staring at me thru our bedroom door, so I closed it and Put Midas in the garage, his howling kept us up for hours. but then he was good again, so he was back
in the house, lately he started again, so this week 0 have left the door open at night. I am hoping that since we stopped our compost pile (this was probably attracting the coons, I wont have a problem leaving it open.

LOL - I have bears, bobcats, raccoons, coyotes and much more hanging around my house. Imagine waking up to having a bear with his head stuck in a doggie door LOL

Bad enough I got up one night to see what Sadie was barking at, turned on the outside light to look and Mr. Bear was standing up against the door, paws on the glass looking back at me - no doggie door here

Susan I am most sorry to hear that Freebie did what he did but I am sure that it was with the up most love. There are many ways to look at this problem and one could correct it but as it would be of little help since it is most obvious to all of us and Freebie, He feels that you have some kind of skin problem and new that a good mud pack is what you needed or he could be really p off that you are drinking all the coffee leaving him none.
