What age is appropriate to have baby teeth removed if the adult teeth did not knock them out like they are supposed to? What is the approximate cost of this and do they put the dogs under while they do this or what? IP: Logged |

Many time this can be done when a dog is at the age they can be spayed or neutered. Around 6 or 7 months of age. This way it can be done all at one. And yes indeed they need to be put under anesthesia. Talk with your vet. Taking out baby teeth will save the bite from growing in wrong. ------------------ [This message has been edited by puttin510 (edited 03-14-2004).] IP: Logged |
