I surely hope these people are going to charge an adoption fee and screen heavily for a new owner. Offering a pit bull for free could be disasterous for the pup. I would try a breed rescue specific to Pitt Bulls they are experienced in placing and can help avoid the dog ending up in a miserable place. Here is a link that may lead you to some good resources. http://www.pbrc.net/organizations.html IP: Logged |

Hi! maisey is sooooo right! They may find someone who SOUNDS wonderful, but are a fox in sheeps clothing! You just never know.... I would suggest to whoever it is that has Apples (to cute) to do the above mentioned. Good luck! Susan IP: Logged |

Susan, Maisey, I completely understand the concern, the foster parent of apples is holding her until she finds a home. There is a screening process for adopting her. I would take her in a heart beat, but my boyfriend is so stubborn, he only wants a dog of certain breeds. Me on the other hand, I am not that picky, they are all beautiful. IP: Logged |
