I have a 14 week old Dobe female and just noticed a discharge- sort of cloudy and a bit yellow coming from where she urinates...(not sure of the proper name for this bit) is this something I should be worried about? Or is this normal? She is very healthy and active otherwise. IP: Logged |

Could be an infection. I would get her checked out to be sure. The easiest (and usually least expensive) way is to collect some of her urine yourself. It's really easy - just bring out a container and slip it under her when she goes. If you can't get it to the vet right away, refrigerate it until you can. Then just drop it at the vet and they will run a urinalysis to see if she has an infection. If she does, antibiotics should clear it right up!
