Ok first I have this really wierd dream that I adopted a Black toy poodle from a shelter. I am not really a poodle person and never thought of owning one so thats why this dream was wierd. Well anyway the next day I was in town so I decided to stop by the shelter, someone I work with is looking for a new dog and I have been helping him try to find one. Well what do I see at the pound? A black toy poodle. I was shocked since I had just had this dream. I am wondering if I am supposed to adopt this dog b/c I just cant get the sweet little thing off my mind. This is just too wierd for me, my hubby would kill me if I brought home another dog. Anyway just wanted to share this with you guys, cause it really has me thinking. IP: Logged |

a few years ago I had a dream about a kitten I found on the side of the road...little thing - brownish tabby with a missing eye. I stopped and picked the baby up and she had fleas so bad so, in the dream, I brought her home. The dream was so vivid. Next day I was going through siamese rescue's website looking at pictures and MY KITTEN WAS THERE - honest I yelled for my hubby I couldn't believe it - same eye missing even. I applied but she was already on pending. So yes...I do believe in destiny IP: Logged |

You should go with your feelings. I've had many dreams that turned into dejavo (spelling??). I don't take destiny lightly, I believe in it, and if someone is trying to tell me something through my dreams, or subliminally, I usually listen to them. IP: Logged |

I have wondered about that lately. Like the puppy named "Elsa" (another lion name) we saw at the shelter, and the Goldens in the store that I never go into. Sometimes I think they are opportunities. Not taking them makes your life (and theirs) go down one path, whereas taking them chooses a different path. Which path is better? Perhaps neither - maybe it is one of those "different but not better or worse" things.

Let us know- you'd have to change your name to 4Dogsihave lol! I take my dreams pretty seriously, sometimes I'm denying my feelings, but the truth comes out in my dreams. I also have prediction dreams sometimes, mainly about silly menial things though. I'm sure you can tell a dream that is trying to tell you something from a normal everyday dream by the way you feel about it. My dreams can affect me for a whole day if I have had a bad one. Which is quite often because I am one of those worrier types!!! IP: Logged |

.... yes, 3dogs, and this is how you end up with 6 dogs like us! I'm so grateful for having them in my life, and I'm also very glad I never had to twist my husband's arm to adopt the next one, and the next one.... I have the feeling that if you already have three, most likely your husband likes dogs, so I don't think it's going to be such a big deal to talk him into it... But to get back to your dreams, (or just guts feelings or moment decisions), I would go for it! You will probably make a puppy very-very happy!!! It may be this one, or maybe there's another one out there waiting for his new for ever mommy!!!! IP: Logged |
