Oh, and I switch to innova after all your great advice about food in the recent posts. The boys are eating much better ... and their "gas passing" has gotten much more bearable! Ha Ha.

Thanks for the education!

My dogs (Beagle and "dog pound") both pass gas sometimes. What food are you talking about to give them? My Beagle, Deuce, eats Science Diet for puppies and my other, Bo, eats Blackwoods.

After we got the new puppy (not so new anymore since we've had him since December) our Bosco (16 mo old) wouldn't eat his food. So, after talking to our vet, she suggested that we allow our 16 mo old to eat the puppy's food for now ... and around the when the puppy (Cosmo) turned 5-6 months, to start switching them both to an adult food. Well, we have been through Iams (wet and dry), Eukanuba (wet and dry), Pedigree (wet) and they just didn't seem to like any of them that much. After doing some research on nutrition, and reading here, we decided to switch to Innova (wet and dry). They still need some coercing, but do eventually eat.

The gas is probably coming from the multitute of treats that they get ... if my dogs are this spoiled, I can only image what children will be like! I wouldn't have it any other way. Anyway, thanks for the input.
