This does look like a neat idea to raise money. I would want to verify this is a actual rescue group though by calling them or looking them up. I only say this because you never know what people will do for money these days.

It's legitimate, it is a group that I volunteer with. You can look them up on the web at www.pbshr.org. They only have a P.O. Box because of issues in the past with theives wanting to steal dogs- thus, all dogs are in foster homes, and an actual physical location can't be given. You are correct, these are sad times we are living in.
