My dog, Maggie is turning 4 in March. Recently I've been noticing drips of blood in her urine. What could be wrong with her? Thanks! IP: Logged |

UTI urinary tract infection is possible. Catch a urine sample and get it to the vet - she'll need antibiotics to clear it up. Don't let it go for too long as they don't often get better on their own when blood is involved. If she's cleaning herself a lot or drinking more than normal amounts of water that's usually a common sympton of UTI. The bleeding could be that she's had it for awhile. IP: Logged |

Thanks for your help. My vet gave her some pills and everything cleared up. IP: Logged |
