Glad to hear duke is doing good. I sure hope you get this guys name from the police & hit him with a law suit...at least pay for duke's medical bills. I do have a question..."Buster" our 9 week old lab is now 10.2 pounds. He does get real soft stools tho & diarriah. Our vet put him on medicine 2 weeks ago & he did great. I hate to be a big pest to the vet...what do you all think? Do lab puppies just go thru these things & should we just let it run it's course? IP: Logged |

Be a pest to the vet. They are paid to put up with you, LOL. Seriously, better safe than sorry. Any questions about the health of your little guy and I would call and ask. Everyone has to learn sometime! And if the vet is rude to you, find another one. I think diarrhea is fairly common in pups. They have a lot to adjust to, with new food and a new home, etc. But calling a vet can ease your worries. And worms are also a common concern with pups that need to be treated.
