I keep seeing these things all over the pet stores. Are they a good treat for dogs?

My dog likes those bones but i dont because when she poops there are peices of the bone in the poop and sometimes she tries to eat it, so i dont give her those anymore. Im not sure if they are bad or good, but they just didnt seem to break down after beiing eaten and i didnt want my dog eating her poo trying to get the rest of the bone. I like giving her compressed rawhide, it keeps her occupied for hours and they are good for the teeth and soothing to chew on.
