Time and Time again she has been to the owners and told them to keep the dog tied up because she sometimes has her grandson over and she is afraid that this dog may attack her grandson. But to no avail, it's like these owners don't care about their dog running loose.

She's scared to put the dog in the car and take it to the pound. She calls the council to try and get them to come and take it away, but everytime they go out there, the dog is tied up in the owners yard and it seems that it's my aunt is complaining about nothing.

This really makes me cranky and something will be done about it this week. I''m going to find out what kind of dog it is for starters.

It just really bothers me that people can let there dog run freely and not give a sh*t as to where they are or what they are doing or for a matter of fact put other people in danger.

AND she told me that this dog ISN'T desexed and probably has around 2 - 3 litters every year and these little dogs get knocked on the head.......

WHICH MAKES ME EVEN MORE ANGRY!!!!!!

Time to complain to the local council, and see what happens!

I drive a pickup and when they chase me I can't see them and the last thing I want to do is run over a dog cause the owners are stupid beyond belief. So I saw the owner one day and told him their dogs chase cars his answer "they'll stop when they get run over"....he's such a putz.

I started calling the police each and every time I saw the dogs chase people, chase cars or use someone else's lawn as their toilet. Eventually, while responding, the dogs chased the police car....the fine the owner got pretty much made him start to restrain his dogs.

The police never really did much till the dogs chased them and I had to remind them that I'm also a taxpayer and I have to right to not have to clean up after other people's dogs pooping in my yard. My dog doesn't leave our yard they'll never have to clean up after her.
