Well I posted last week that Jake scratched so bad I thought he was going to put a hole in his head, well he did, I didnt notice until the next day. So I gave him the natural balance duck and potato for food that day and he didnt scratch. The the next day I wasnt hom and I still had the back of the Natures recipe lamb and rice and my husband gave it to him by mistake, he was scratching up a storm, so had this sore all bleeding so he has been wearing his cone. Poor thing. It doesnt seem to be a hot spot or like the normal hot spots because it didnt grow like they usually do. He is scratching occasionly now, but I think it is due to the sore drying out and scabbing over. I also took him off the missing link since I just put him on that last week and want to make sure that is not causing anything additional problems Honeybear IP: Logged |

Smell bad or not...he seems to do well on the Natural Balance. Get a nose plug and some lysol and give him a breath mint after he eats. Smiles. I hope his head heals up quickly. IP: Logged |
