My daughter thought of that one not me. Ok, my problem is we have had Mattie the multipoo since March 2003. When she goes to my mothers house she poopies in 1 bedroom & or in the bathroom. Now she poopied on a makeshift bed in the bedroom for a guest on the floor. Reprimanding or putting her nose up to it, and spanking is useless as she becomes aggressive sometimes. We like to avoid punishing physically as she was abused by someone else. WHY DOES SHE DO THIS?! I need help. At least her poopies are pretty dry. Thanks IP: Logged |

Well first off...if shes doing this...she isnt being taken outside often enough and/or she isnt being supervised properly. Plus you said something about taking her to a new environment.....she should DEFINATELY not be left unsupervised and have the run of a brand new place. She needs to be confined to a smaller area of the house...or crated when she is not being watched. Hopefully some of that helps! IP: Logged |

We have had Mattie since March 2003, she is at my mothers several times a week as we live on the same property but in separate houses. She usually chooses this 1 room, rarely the bathroom, to do poopies. She has only done this 2 times in mine. I'm assuming maybe not taking walks with Mattie enough is the culprit. I am working with her a little more about teaching her how to tell me that she has to go. She just walks around sniffing or wagging her little tail to tell me. I want to teach her to scratch at the door or bark a little. That is what my mothers dog does. Thanks IP: Logged |

FORUM LEADERS:Please delete the title of this as my daughter wrong it & was being silly. Some might not think it's too funny. Thanks IP: Logged |
