I got a digital camera for Christmas, I'm still learning how to use it, but here are a couple from Christmas day. Dooley getting into his stocking. Witt pleading for more treats. Witt exhausted from opening presents.

O my goodness! Those are so cute! I love the stockings! I can't believe that you went to the park at midnight! Ranger would have been dead tired and would've wanted to just lie there and do nothing! Ranger looked a lot like Dooley in the 1st pic. He had such a great time pulling everything out of there! IP: Logged |

Thanks, Dooley is completely healed and back to normal. OF COURSE we went to the park at midnight! We don't see snow very often, and the whole neighborhood was out...at first it was just us, so I let the dogs off leash in the appropriate area..then people started showing up and the dog park is at the bottom of a hill so when the sleds started coming down the hill both dogs took off after them. In that picture Witt is on a down/stay for chasing a sled. They came back to me when I called, so that was good, but leashes went back on and we just walked and played on leash. The lighting at night when everything is covered in snow is magical, I can never resist going out no matter the time of night. PS. It's Witts second snow, but the first time was just a dusting and it wasn't actually snowing like this when he was out there. He loved it when we threw snowballs at him, he was catching them and eating them. Both dogs were sooooo happy, it's great to see them that way, absolutely excited about the new thing. I am glad to hear you guys say he looks like a baby! I always look at him and think he looks like such a little toddler, but other people are always surprised that he is only a year old. I think he has quite the little baby butt too...something about it makes me giggle, especially when he is wagging his tail. In character he is very much a big huge baby and a luv bug snugglebutt. I swear we were meant for each other. Honeybear, I thought I broke my camera last night...the picture wouldn't show up clear in the view finder and I thought GREAT! I've had it less than a week and broken it. When I got home I was drying it off (snow) and turned it on to the same problem... everything looked foggy. Turns out thats what it was...condensation on the lens! I dried it carefully and it's fine. IP: Logged |

I bet your storm is heading our way, or the one we had here went up there. I just got a bonus!! So I am thinking I may use it to buy a digital camera, we have been holding out because my husband wants a real fancy one I just want one that is simple to use. Wylie has the same kind of baby face, She still has that puppy look to me and she is 6 years old. Honeybear IP: Logged |

Maisey how adorable. I bet your loving having a digital! Can you send some snow my way please? I would have been out there playing in the snow too - even at midnight! Is that green creature on your dogs collar an ID holder or one of those flashing lights? I have red flashers for my dogs at night - works well. IP: Logged |

The green thing on Dooleys collar is a Pocket Pal, it holds all his tags. Witt has a red one. I don't have the flashers for them, I have been debating getting them, but it's a truely rare thing when they are off leash at night. When I take them to the park at night with the laser...and I do that often, I don't think even a cat would make them run off, they are so intense on that laser they wouldn't notice anything else. Other than that they are usually on leash. IP: Logged |

Your dogs are adorable. Both look great. And dont tell Dooley this but Witt is quite the looker. I am kinda fond of him, but might be my last name is the same as his first. IP: Logged |
