Hi,
I'm not sure how to ask this exactly...

You know after you work out (pretty much any type of work out) and they say you should stretch out or something like that to ease-up your muscles from the strenuous job they performed (otherwise you'll be stiff & hella sore in the morning/next day)..? Well, what can i do for my dogs after a long run/jog of exercise?
We usually just walk the last 3-5 minutes of a route we take (because my conscious tells me to), before we get in the car.

Is there anything better?
Should i massage his muscles or something??
I'm clueless... PLEASE help.

My grandfather went to a doggie massage class when his Rottie was having problems. It really helped relax her and she felt much better. I believe he does it before long walks as well. His vet told him about it and put him in contact with someone. Hope that helps.
