Witt's first birthday is Friday and my youngest daughter Mackenzie begged me to find a recipe so we could bake him a birthday cake, I can't believe I am admitting to this ...but I did find one on-line and I thought I would share because it sounds pretty good.(errr...it sounds like the DOG will think it's pretty good!) Doggie Birthday Cake Recipe Mix together: Mix together & then add to the ingredients above: Add to the above and mix thoroughly:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees & bake for 1 hour Frost with 2 cups of mashed potatoes! Decorate with grated carrot, doggie biscuits, liver bits, fruit, frozen berries, anything your doggies heart may desire. Serves 5 IP: Logged |

when it was my dogs birthday this year i made a cake in the shape of a bone. just make a bone mould, blend up soaked dog biccies, add some meat and stick in the mould and put in the fridge. only problem was my dog tried picked up the whole thing and carried it around instead of eating it bit by bit hehe.
