We feed our dog between two and two and half cups of food a day (which consists of NutroMax and chicken). He wolfs down his food and then proceeds (and continues) to seem hungry for the rest of the day. We have started feeding him three times a day so there isn't so much time in between feedings, to no avail. Any suggestions? He weighs about 38 lbs. and does not appear too skinny.

I would have him tested for worms. For some reason it sticks in my head that sometimes when animals are riddled with worms they become more ravenous. I am sure there are many other things it could be as well, but this would be a place to start. How old is your dog?
