I recently rescued a female Standard Poodle named Annie. At 5 months(guessing by adult teeth coming in)she weighs 40lbs and is 24". She has been on a protien free diet for 2 months due to kidney failure(antifreeze)again guessing, Now that she is being fed protien, will she grow too rapidly? And is that a good size for her age? Thanks so much! Also, how do I know if I am feeding her enough? IP: Logged |

I know the perfect place for your question. I go there daily. A poodle forum. http://furkids.proboards10.com/index.cgi?board=poodle There are plenty of other standard poodle owners there that can help you thru this period with your poo. I have a mini poodle named Sasha. ------------------ IP: Logged |
