My 6 month old puppy started throwing up last night. He eats his food so fast, he doesn't even chew. I put water in it and let it get soft. His belly is still upset. I know I can give him Pepto-Bismol, but is there something else? He doesn't act sick and is still drinking plenty of water

Are you thinking that he is only throwing up the food he ate too fast? Sometimes a pup will chew something up or get into something that will make their tummies upset. Is he urinating and having normal bowel movements?
There was a post a ways back that suggested putting large rocks in a dogs bowl(large enough they can't swallow or choke on them)so that getting to the kibble takes more work and time. I thought it was pretty clever of the poster.
I would be a little concerned though if the pup is still throwing up. When my dogs have eaten too fast and thrown up, it was once or twice and the food was largely not digested, then they were back to normal. Look through the Food For Thought thread..it has ideas for rice mixtures to settle tummies.
