FYI: Ellie is getting better with the potty training. Thanks for everyone's suggestions.

Anyways, There is a new problem. Ellie is in a kennel all day so when we get home, we take her outside, and then we play with her a little. Well, she is SO excited she jumps up and she scratches at my face and neck. It's not intentional but are there any suggestions to keep her from jumping up and doing that? She also likes to play bite, but those puppy teeth are very sharp and it hurts sometimes. We hold her mouth closed and say "NO" or "DON'T BITE" and then she will stop for a while, but then she'll do it again a little bit later. Any ideas??
