I have a 2 year old male Dobe. Recently bought a 12 week old male Dobe. Needless to say, they hate each other but it's only been 1 day so far. Will this get better? What can I do to help this process or does the new Dobe have to go?? HELP!?!?!?!

Oftentimes, dobies will not get along with other dogs of the same sex. That said, it's likely that the problem will only get worse as the two age. You have two options, either keep them seperate, or send the pup back to the breeder, who should have warned you about this before you got the pup.

I have dobermans as well, and introduced several puppies to the last, as they aged and died....so here is what I do and have great results....but keep in mind, ALL animals have little spats and tempers now and then...and you, as Alpha, quell it by saying firm "no"..

I introduce pup by showing it to the older one, in my arms, and saying for the older to "love the baby"...be nice, etc...and then take it away..after giving older one a treat for being good.
Next day, I allow pup down near the big guy, to smell it a few mins, take it away, and give the bigger guy a treat...
Then 3rd day, I allow pup to walk about, and big one on restraint, smelling it, and they snub noses, smell each other, being careful...take away...after treat given to big guy...
I then confine the little one in a pen adjacent to the older one, but safe, for a few hrs...
then I allow full interaction....for a few hrs...love each one, hugs, play with balls, all together...give treats...
I do this until I am comfortable and the baby is a bit bigger, stronger, self-assured. The aim is not to rush....
Never had a problem, I fed them both separately, same time, and separated them at night...until I saw that they couldn't stand to be apart..lasts about 3 days..LOL!! All in all, never a problem..good luck. Don't rush..trust your instincts...and watch that older one.
