i have a 10 year old germen shepered. and everytime he eats he gets sick, and it is white foam and his food, he has no teeth in his mouth because of a previos owner. we have made his food soft thinking maybe that would be easier on him. still does not work.
does anyone have any idea's so he can start eating and keeping it down? thank u for help

I would get him to the vet, did you just get him or have you had him and this is something sudden? if so, I would still get him to the vet to rule out any other problems and to get him eating. by the way maybe some boilded rice with some chicken broth

Could he possibly have kennel cough. When my dog had kennel cough she would cough up white foam. Does your dog cough at all. I can't remember if she had vomited at all.
