My first dog wouldn't eat unless I was in the kitchen so if I didn't go in the kitchen he would not eat, I had to stand there while he ate. I tried hand feeding him some of his kibble and it worked, I even did a little trial of food, Like Hansel and Gretel ) to his bowl and eventually he would start eating once he ate all the kibble leading up to it. we played this game for about a 3-4 weeks until he got use to going in the kitchen with out me.

This is completely normal and just like most 2 year old kids. I wouldn't worry about it. When she gets hungry enough she will eat. My Mom always said the doctor told her that there was never an article in the paper titled "Child Starves Themselves to Death." That helped when I had a picky eater dog. I at first started trying all these things like wetting down the food and adding other things. Some people even switch around foods because they think they don't like it. I wouldn't worry about it. I know that's easy for me to say right? But I've been through it and my dog was fine in the end after all the worry. I now just free feed and leave it out so they can eat when they want. I know you can't do that with some dogs, but I have Poodles and they just pick at their food when they are hungry. Good Luck!!
