one of my dogs has really bad dandruff does anyone know of a good type of shampoo that helps it.

Dandruff? or dry skin? If you think it's dry skin, put a little tea tree oil in your shampoo it will help moisturize his skin.

Maybe try putting some olive oil into his food. That is supposed to help. Either a better food if possible that is the best way to manage from the inside out. Plus make sure you brush your dogs hair often. If you don't remove the dead hair it can cause skin problems, kindof like the skin is getting suffocated. If the dog is double coated strip his hair about once a month.

Thank you, well about a year ago she had gotten bumps on her body removed so that might be the problem I will start doing that. Thanks for your help

Please see the Vet, as there might be a medical reason for the dry and dandruf type flakes.
I would hate to see you spend a lot of time on "treatments" that might not work!

If your Vet OK's an EFA suppliment, maybe you can try what is called Nutra-Coat?
It is a liquid EFA suppliment that contains sunflower oil, wheat germ, Lepidirm, and essential EFA oils.
