I am not a vet so cannot accurately diagnose. First you need to be sure it is spay incontinence. Like I mentioned, incontinence might not be spay related. Incontinence can be the result of an injury or even an underlying disease or infection. Treating it as spay incontinence if it's not will not solve the problem. and talk to your own vet and see what they suggest.
