We are looking for a puppy, A shih poo, a cocka poo, a bichon poo maybe. But we are having a really hard time finding them in our area. The vet and kennels don't have listing of these mixed breeds only pure breeds. How did you all find yours? We live near Rockford, Il. (northern Illinois near the Wisconsin border- about 80 miles from Chicago. HELP we are ready for our new family member. Thank you Mary Jo IP: Logged |

I would suggest looking up rescues. For example, if you want the bichon-poo look for bichon rescues, and do the same for the rest of the breeds. Now i assume poo is for poodle, right? it might be faster to look at poodle rescues. but try them all, because your soon-to-be-pup might be at another rescue. I would also consider looking in a larger area, if you cant find anything close. Good Luck! IP: Logged |

Bordercollie is so right. Look up the poo rescue or bichon rescue sights. I always see them. Maybe not pups sometimes though. Look up www.smallpawsrescue.com You will be surprised what you see.
