My vet is recommending bortedella shots twice a year, he is it is rampant in our area and they are seeing cases of the full year vaccination not working, Now I am being taken to the cleaners here. Even if it is the case my dogs dont go to dog parks or kenneled where other dogs are. It just seems like a lets get more money scheme
Any thoughts on this?

I would call around to three or four other vet clinics and ask their vets opinion. We have a clinic here that commonly recommends vaccinations that are not routine here and they are making money hand over fist from people who just want to do the right thing for their pet. Those kind of clinics are out there so it is wise to ask around.

You know I was thinking....I could be wrong on this and it still doesn't answer your question, but I think Bordatello is the one for Kennel cough and I think my vet administers the vaccine with a nose drop not and injection.
