Does anyone know how much airlines charge to take dogs on a flight (I know they have to go cargo if they're the size of my dog)? IP: Logged |

I don't know if this will make you feel better or not but I have flown our dog twice - once from Arizona to Boston and once from Boston to Amsterdam where we now live. He was perfectly fine both times. Once he flew on the same flight as us (it is cheaper to do it this way) and once he flew by himself. The airlines were very friendly and helpful. The charges vary according to the size kennel your dog needs. He didn't seem upset by the plane trips at all. Good Luck! IP: Logged |
