and the VET did not seem to be very concerned about the itching. She had a very bad ear infection in both ears and man was that a nasty thing to smell. Said if she didn't get better on the ITCHING, we start trying to do something....but wasn't toooo concerned. ANYWAY, we will go back to get her spayed and get her booster and she's on the road to good health if we can get the itching to stop and the ears cleared up. I am going to try the Innova food for sure. Thanks for all the help you guys have been to this new pet owner. It has helped a LOT. IP: Logged |

For her to have a smelly ear it must have been infected for awhile. Thank goodness she is with you now. Just to let you know if she had an ear infection, she is probably prone to them, My dog tends to get one about once a year. I caught the last one very fast and I only had to put drops in her ear. The first one was when I got her from the shelter. Dogs with drop ears tend to get ear infections. Good luck with your little one. IP: Logged |

She really does seem to be itching less...I'm thinking it was the TICK, please pray it was only a tick, not a lyme tick. And her ear infection that was making her crazy. I think she could have been scratching ANYWHERE, just trying to get to it ya know. And it was on her bo-honus where she couldn't get to it. IP: Logged |
