I have a 1 yr old male cocker spaniel who urinates down in our recroom all the time. We have tried everything that has been recommended to us to stop him but have not been successful. He has also started to eat feces after going to the bathroom. This just disgusts me but I do not know what to do???? IP: Logged |

Try letting him out more, like every hour, and using red pepper sprinkled on his stools. He just may be left alone loose too long, going where some other animal may have sprinked or sprayed in the past, leaving his mark. If you know he hasn't been left in the house for long without visiting outdoors, then perhaps it is behavioral or an infection. Rule out one thing at a time and a solution should work itself out of that. Bod bless. IP: Logged |
