Can anyone tell me what the best tool is to use for grooming Bishons and easily removing matts? Thank you.

Try a slicker brush a soft one. If its bad it may nedd a complete shave, or cut them with scizzors. being very careful around the eyes. I groom my poodleand have just learned on my own. Its been two years. So it is truly a learning experience. They also have these rake like brushes for bad matts, but be careful not to dig into your dog.
