I have an 8month old cocker spaniel who will not soil in the kitchen,hallways, or living room. He certainly will soil in the bedrooms or the hallways and recroom downstairs. We slowly introduced these areas as living spaces like we were told to do but he will still go there if given the chance. What am I doing wrong?
