helllo i have a male and female sharp pei dogs and my female has her private part really swolen but my male is new to the mating and all i told the vet and he told me to help him by getting him ontop of her but i dont know what to do ?? It seens as if hes not interested . Please help me I dont know how to help him . And what to do or anything . Thanks for you re help
