we have a shih a poo, and I would highly recommend this breed. The health is excellent, no shedding, small in size and very, very loving IP: Logged |

A shih poo is not a breed it is a cross bred. It should be correctly called a shih-tzu cross poodle. Being a cross you cannot guarantee it will have non-shedding hair or be healthy either. IP: Logged |

I own a shihpoo it is a very loving dog. I would recommend this breed of dog to anyone. He has a pleasant personality and was very easy to train. Good Luck. If you should have any questions pertaining to this breed, please e-mail me. IP: Logged |

i have an 8 month old shih poo. she doesn't shed and is does not cause allergies (for the many allergy prone people i know). she is excellent and a real "people" puppy. she also requires very minimal grooming. i would recommend a shih poo to anyone i meet. i've never met a dog this great before. I can't stress enough how wonderful my shih poo is!! He's so adorable, great with people, easy to train, loves to play, doesn't shed and best of all...he eats anything i give him so he's not picky at all. and to those individuals that are so concerned with the correct terminology for these adorable dogs...call them whatever you like but all we're trying to do is help a gentleman out by letting him know that a shih poo is the best way to go...guaranteed!!!
