I had my female dog spayed when she was 6 months old, 8 months ago. A few months after she was spayed, she started showing signs of going into heat, all but the bleeding. My un-neutered male dog went nuts, trying to mount her and sniffing. I think at first her thought he wanted to play, but I had to eventually separate them. Our vet (in Peru) told us that might happen the first time she was due to go into heat. But, now it's starting again! Did the vet miss something? Is this normal? Thank you IP: Logged |
