A month ago I had to give my dog powdered antibotic, which I sprinkled on his food. To cover the smell and taste, I also sprinkled cheese on his food. He is off his medicine now, so I'd like to stop putting cheese on his food. However, he won't eat his food unless I put cheese on it. Anyone have some advice on how to break him of this habit? Or is it okay to sprinkle a bit of cheese on his food (he is only a year old). thanks! IP: Logged |

Cheese is ok for them, and you could try some gravy, about a few Tbsp, over the food too. Not harmful at all, rather pleasant. I would think, rids em of everyday's monotony! LOL! We like variation, right?! Best wishes. IP: Logged |
