Does anyone have information on treating toy dogs for colds. I was hoping to remedy it with something other than antibiotics? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! My friend in Florida had a big book on it but I'm in Canada now and I can't remember the name of her book! IP: Logged |

Thank-you sooo much! It's even for yorkies specifically and that's what Macy is!I think the children's elixer sounds the safest for her. I'm off to the store! Thanks again! IP: Logged |

I dont know if you would consider this a home remedey. For anxious or edgy dogs (ie) if your dog gets stressed in hte car)i use a product called "Rescue Remedy" I drop on each pad of the foot rubbed in and a drop or 2 in the mouth, this coalms mine right down, also gravol works REALLY well, you HAVE TO get a dosage recomendation from your vet though, it should only really be used to ship on dog on a plane in the crago area or in an emergency. Rescue Remedy can be bought at a helath food store. LAvender oil work well also too, and for people, also buy it at a helath food store. CLAIRE IP: Logged |
