Just some fun info!

Smallest Living Dog
The world's smallest dog, in terms of length, is Tiny Pinocchio, a steel-blue-and-tan Yorkshire Terrier who measured 20.3 cm (8 in) long on May 23, 2003, and 12.06 cm (4.75 in) to the top of the shoulder. The one-pound pooch, who also goes by the name of Noki, sleeps in a birdcage at the home of his owner, Linda Skeels-Hopson of St Petersburg, Florida, USA.
"He's highly abnormal, even for a toy breed," says veterinarian Dr. Michael Rumore. "He just stopped growing at eight weeks, although he has matured and he's healthy. To be honest, we don't know why he's so small. He may be just tiny."

Whatever the reason for his dwarfism, Noki is still much loved by his owner. "Like Pinocchio, he's my miracle," Linda states. "I prayed so hard he would live, and he did..."

My little Monkey was smaller than that dog was at 8 weeks...at 16 weeks of age =D He weighed 8 ounces at that age and I was seriously believing he was going to be the next worlds smallest dog =D According to the growth charts he was going to end up between 15 and 20 ounces full grown. Of course he didnt follow the growth chart AT ALL and is now just a little bit over 2 pounds =D He grew a LOT for a dog his size! But man....if he had stayed at a pound...wow....talk about HIGH MAINTENANCE! I have a hard enough time with him as it is since the cats still chase him!
