I own a mini poo. But that sounds small to me. I'm sure we will have a flood of shi-poo owners to say their say soon.

My shih-poos weighed right around 3-4 lbs. when we first took them to the vet after we brought them home (they were 10 wks. old at that time).

Ditto. Bailey went to the vet the week after we brought him home (so he was 9 weeks) and he was 3lbs 4 oz. I only know this cuz I'm a freak and I made a BABY BOOK! LOL..... <<<<<------loser! )
He is 9 months now and about 12 lbs. At his last vet appointment in November he was just under 11 lbs.
Hope that helps

MonsterBailey~

I must say, if you are a freak for doing that, then so am I!!! I too have a baby photo album for Mickey & Tigger. (The photo album is still growing by the way! HEHE ) And to top it off, Mickey & Tigger got their pictures taken with Santa during Christmas. Yes, that's right folks, they got their pictures taken with Santa. I know, y'all are probably rolling your eyes right now! LOL

Just had to share,
Kristi

I bet your family photo Christmas card with Bailey was adorable!!!

Petsmart is where we too took Mickey & Tigger for their picture with Santa! We took their pictures with Santa and made Christmas cards to go with the gifts we bought for our trainers and groomer! It was a hoot! LOL

Yes, yes, I would LOVE to see your Christmas pic. MonsterBailey!!!

And yes, we might be freaks, but we must not be ashamed of our freakish doings. HEHE
(I am just glad that I am not the only one who did it! )

My friends and family also laughed when they saw the picture! They just don't appreciate our "unique photographic capturing" of our pups! LOL

I too am waiting for Easter...that would be too funny if they had the Easter Bunny!!!

(Everyone on this board is probably thinking we are nuts and have lost our minds! Don't worry folks, MonsterBailey & I DO have a life!!! LOL)

a life???? what's that??? LOL I can't even get a romantic dinner without the dog interferring! LOL

We were at dinner last night for Valentine's Day and had to wait TWO HOURS (Don't ask me why we even stayed! ARGHHHHH!). Anywho, we were sitting in the bar (with the other idiots waiting two hours also) and my Honey was showing off pics of our dog to strangers! Now WHO is the freak? LOL

3dogsihave~

Your story is too funny!!! LOL

Yes, we are so fortunate to have Mickey & Tigger in our lives as well! It is amazing how you can fall so deeply in love with a dog (or any animal in that case)!
