hi, i have a 2 yr old male shi-poo. in the last few weeks he has started shaking...its not like seizure shaking...but some times he shakes pretty bad, like he is cold or something, except that he hasnt been outside at all.
This happned once or twice but he stopped and didnt do it again, then two weeks ago we painted our kitchen, so everything was misplaced and not in their usual positions and he just shook and shook all day and didnt stop and even the next few days after we had everything back to normal he would still start to shake sometimes...and ocasionaly wouldnt come down the stairs....and just wanted to be held constantly. the last week or so he hasnt done it except a few times when i was getting ready to leave.....why does he do this, could it be from stress, anxiety? what?! please help!

I would take him to see the vet. He could be in some sort of pain. Dogs handle pain differently than us humans.
There is no-one bothering him in your household is there. Wondering because he did it before you left. Maybe scared to be left. See the vet, I think. I have one dog that is ultra sensitive and if he thinks he is going to get a bath or did something wrong he starts shaking.
