One thing is true, snakes don't need food in there all the time, I think once a month or something like that. But if they are lethargic that may mean that they are not warm enough. I hope thing work out. Whatever way it goes. Maybe this can be a wake up call for her.

You never know... it might be some one just being mean bc they wanted something from there and she would lower the prices or ex-bf or something stupid...

i have seen somethings like that happen bc one person is mad at the owner or something.

who knows... you also got to think, they probably turn off the lights at night and in the summer, i doubt it gets extremely cold in there so technically, i doubt they were that cold...
