My Peekapoo is almost 6 months old. And for some reason after he scratches himself he will kick his back legs like hes trying to burying something. I was just curious if any other PeekaPoos do the same thing??

My dog (terrier mix) does that after he does his business. I believe it is almost like he is saying I am the man, the big head honcho and thats my spot now. I don't think its a breed specific tendancy because once in a while my female poodle does it too.

I have to agree with puttin on that one. One of my rottweilers does that too so I dont think it is a breed thing more of a I am the king/queen strutting my stuff deal. Gives you a good chuckle though.LOL.

Lots of dogs of various breeds scratch around after they "go". It's just their way of spreading their scent around a little farther.
