My cat eats a lot, and every so often he has blood in the stool. Do you think is normal, or should I be very concerned w/ it? I am seeing my vet tomorrow and I will ask, but I just wanted your opinions. Thanks. IP: Logged |

It be a lot of things including worms or Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome. It is not normal, but probably not life threatening if it is sporadic. IP: Logged |

anytime there is blood coming from an opening that shouldn't be having bleeding it's not normal...mention it to your vet and if possible bring a fecal sample with you. IP: Logged |
