how do you post a pic in the actual thread you are writing. I have noticed some people seem to be able to get their pics on the actually message they write (an example would be the "Cat Paws" Thread) how do you do this...i have pictures on picture trail but you need the link to view them...any help would be appreciated...thanks IP: Logged |

Hi Winnie. I'm being lazy. I copied and pasted the info below on how to post a pic from a member in the dog forum. The photoisland site is great! I also have picturetrail, but photoisland is much easier to use. HOW TO POST A PIC. I've seen a lot of people ask how to post a picture so here you go: Go to www.photoisland.com (I saw this recommended I think there are other sites out there) you need to upload your picture to a server.. Choose the sign-up free and fill out the membership form. Go to Upload Pictures and use the BROWSE button to browse to where you have the pictures saved on your computer. Choose UPLOAD. On the left side of the screen choose MY ALBUM LIST: Personal (or whatever you named your album) This will display your pictures.. click on one.. Now on the left choose LINK FOR AUCTION.. Copy the URL FOR YOUR PHOTO. In your thread type "[img]" without the quotation marks and then paste the URL FOR YOUR PHOTO then type "[/img]" without the quotation marks IP: Logged |
